The Dean of Students Office (DSO) is dedicated to building an inclusive residential and social community where all students can feel welcome and supported at Harvard College. The Dean of Students Office consists of four major areas:

Central Administration: Supports administration, finance, human resources, event planning, and communications

Equity, Diveristy, and Inclusion: Fosters an environment of learning, belonging, and self-exploration where all students can thrive in collaboration with College partners

First-Year Experience and Residential Life: Supports the residential undergraduate communities, including 12 Residential Houses, 4 first-year Yards, the Dudley Community, and the important partners who work with them

Student Engagement: Works to become the center of personal and social transformation for students by creating experiences that build communities
