Harvard's Active Minds chapter is hosting Your Mental Health Matters, a week long offering of events for Harvard College students.
MON. 4/18: Medication Myths
Science Center, 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Spin a game wheel, bust some myths about medication in 5 minutes or less and get some free food as a reward!
TUE. 4/19: Culture, Community, and Mental Health Panel
Boylston Fong Auditorium 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Students will share their experiences navigating issues of mental health in their cultural and ethnic communities. Refreshments will be served!
WED. 4/20: Intro to Meditation Workshop
Ticknor Lounge, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Heard about the benefits of meditation, but don’t know where to start? Join us for an intro to meditation, hosted by the Center for Wellness!
THU. 4/21: Counseling Outside of Harvard
Zoom, 3:00 - 3:30 pm
