Trauma-informed yoga is an approach that centers on safety, agency, and holistic wellbeing. This class aims to foster a supportive environment in which students can practice emotional regulation through movement practices and breathwork that increase body awareness.

Melissa's instruction style centers on holding space for students so that they can explore what it means to create safety in their body, mind, and spirit. Through gentle, self-paced movement and guided breathwork, students will be invited to engage in practices that facilitate calmness, equilibrium, and healing.
