This is a group entitled Yes, I am Black and I am Proud for black faculty and staff, to provide a confidential space to discuss and explore experiences with racism, oppression, stereotyping, invisibility, microaggressions, disrespect, stress of being the one, ignorance by others, language coding and racial trauma not only in society but here at Harvard.
