Group projects and group work can be an intimidating component of the college experience. In this workshop we will explore what makes these dynamics challenging and address strategies to ensure that group work is as productive as possible. We will identify our individual strengths and personal barriers so we are confident knowing what we bring to each group dynamic and the roles that we should take within a group. We will further practice our communication skills to ensure that our points are effectively made within the group environment.
