This 4-week Practice Group will explore mindfulness-based tools and methods for working with our "inner critic": the voice inside that can often be harsh and judgmental toward ourselves and others. Students will learn evidence-based mindfulness tools for cultivating an inner voice with more curiosity, warmth, and kindness. This group is suitable for both those who have already completed the first series of this themed group and for newcomers.

Dates: Fridays (10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3)
