Add to calendarSharpen your cooking skills during Wintersession 2021 with the Food Literacy Project! Over four 1-hour demonstration-based classes, you'll learn everything from how to stock your pantry, what essential equipment to have on hand, cooking on a budget, knife skills and foundational baking skills. You'll also receive recipes for all of the demos to either cook along with the instructor, or to add to your personal recipe collection. The final class will be student-lead (participation to lead a demo is optional) so you can share your favorite recipe with your peers, or a new skill you learned during the other three classes.
