Mental wellbeing and support is at your fingertips!
Harvard students have access to virtual care services with TimelyCare at No Cost including 12 therapy visits, unlimited health coaching, self-care content, TALK Now, and community forum — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for university students. To learn more, visit the TimelyCare information tables at various graduate school locations in February.

Harvard students who have paid for the Student Health Fee are eligible to access TimelyCare. As part of Harvard’s partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to services, including:

Scheduled Counseling: TimelyCare services offer 12 telehealth counseling sessions per academic year and are available at no additional cost to students. Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you.

Psychiatry: Access psychiatry care by scheduling an initial consultation appointment at CAMHS via the HUHS patient portal or calling the CAMHS service at 617-495-2042.

Self-Care Content: Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga, meditation, study essentials, TimelyBites, recovery essentials, and TimelyTips, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
- Each content area includes videos, slides, or articles. Yoga and meditation videos are up to 20 minutes; the other videos tend to be around 2-3 minutes.

Peer Support Community: Engage with your peers in a moderated community forum, a popular feature among university students.

Unlimited Health Coaching: You can schedule unlimited virtual appointments with a certified health coach to address concerns such as:
- Nutrition and healthy eating
- Exercise/movement
- Goals for illness management
- Sleep improvement
- Stress management
- Substance use/misuse
- Time management
Students have access to the TimelyCare wellbeing app anytime. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need wellbeing resources! Register for any of these services with your Harvard student email address.
To be eligible for TimelyCare services, you must be (1) an active registered Harvard student (2) with a valid student Harvard e-mail (3) who has SHF coverage.
