Holly Krieger is the Corfield Lecture in the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics and a fellow of Murray Edwards College at University of Cambridge. In this virtual lecture, Krieger will  explore an emerging aspect of the connection between two fundamental fields of pure mathematics— complex dynamics and arithmetic geometry—and the  mathematical tools being developed from this new connection.
