About this Event
Join the Harvard Chaplains for Sustaining Practices for Perilous Times, a weekly opportunity to learn and share what keeps us going through these fractured and difficult days.
Thursdays 5- 5:30 pm
This series will feature Harvard Chaplains, administrators, staff, and faculty as we offer insight into our personal spiritual practices. Undergraduate and graduate students and all members of the Harvard community are welcome.
We define "spiritual practices" broadly and will showcase a diverse array -- from prayer to poetry, to movement and mindfulness, to cooking and creating meaning for ourselves and others. These practices have sustained us and given us hope, energy and courage to press forward through these fractured and difficult days.
Join us for one 30-minute session or tune in each week. We can't wait to practice with you.
