Your photo must meet the requirements as outlined on the submission website.

In addition to your photo, upload a government verification document to validate your ID photo. A list of approved government documents can be referenced online.

ID Services needs to validate that the approved photo you uploaded matches an approved government document.  Your approved photo will not be available for your School to use until your government document submission has also been approved.
