All students at Harvard & MIT are warmly welcomed to enjoy an afternoon of good food, community, learning, and discussion on how to flourish in your life and achieve great results without burning out. The wellness retreat program includes:

-- Opening Remarks by Greg Epstein, Chief Chaplain at Harvard

-- Resiliency, Strengths & Mental Health by Dr. Erik Gregory

-- Mindfulness Meditation, led by Harvard/MIT meditation leader & author Rick Heller

-- Dynamic sessions on 'the new (healthy) productivity' led by Dr. Narath Carlile, MD, MPH, award-winning physician, thought-leader on "balanced productivity as a cornerstone of wellness", coach, and founder of MakeTimeFlow.

 

Topics include Thriving and flourishing; Being intentional with your time in a world of distraction; Flow and WOOP; Multitasking, deep work and managing your attention; and Useful tools and practices for succeeding without burnout.
