Mat Pilates is a mind, body and spirit practice which focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Using your body weight and small props, we’ll strengthen and lengthen your muscles to build a strong, balanced, more flexible body. Other benefits include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, stress management, and injury prevention.
This class is for all levels. This is a barefoot class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start-time to check in for class at the front desk with your student ID.
