This is a daily in person drop-in skills series at CAMHS to help  undergraduate and graduate students manage their stress.   

Each day a CAMHS clinician facilitates a small psychoeducational group to offer a coping strategy to take into your daily life. A variety of stress management skills are informed by evidence-based approaches in mental health, including from the following modalities: 

  • cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)  

  • dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) 

  • acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) 

  • mindfulness and self-compassion (MSC) 

  • psycho education on stress and the nervous system 

 

While this is not a therapy group, you are invited to learn ways to cultivate greater calm and resilience.   

See the CAMHS calendar for daily sessions, which are typically offered in the later afternoons (3, 4 or 5pm) Monday-Friday. Please note the dates for afternoons when there will not be a group (holidays, group leader absence, etc).

Open to all registered Harvard students who have paid the 2022-2023 Student Health Fee. Please go to CAMHS front desk and have  your student ID.
