Join the Food Literacy Project to learn how to cook bánh xèo, also known as Vietnamese sizzling crepe, in the Memorial Church Oasis Kitchen on Monday, April 13th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm! No cooking experience is needed. 

In this hands-on interactive class, participants will learn about the history and process of making this traditional and simple-to-execute dish. Try something new and build confidence in the kitchen!

Open to all Harvard College students with an HUID.
