Here's one of my favorite annual traditions, the sparkling wine tasting.

During the tasting, we'll try 5-6 different sparkling wines, including one champagne. I go over general principles of wine tasting as well as a little history and science behind the wines. Absolutely no prior knowledge necessary. I ask that you attend the entire session, at least from 8pm to 9pm, although it usually carries on longer than that (staying longer is obviously optional). Please fill out the form HERE. If there is more interest than space (maximum 50 participants) then we'll have a waiting list. Please only sign up if you can commit to the event. (Restricted to first semester or second semester Dunster seniors, as well as tutors and staff.)
