The SEAS Office of Computing is launching a SEAS-specific Research Computing and Data Community to increase knowledge sharing across the labs. In this inaugural (and only quarterly!) meeting we will have:1. Introduction2. The GEOS-Chem Support Team (from the Atmospheric Chemistry Modeling Group) will provide an overview, including how they use high-performance computing and the common problems that they encounter3. "Fairshare Best Practices": A presentation from Paul Edmon (FAS Research Computing) about the Priority and Fairshare aspects of Slurm4. General Q&AWe are always on the lookout for labs to present their work, as well as any technical issues that we can address in future meetings.
