Let's make onigiri together! Join us for an evening of food culture as we learn about the history of onigiri and how they are made.
For Harvard affiliates, a limited number of DIY onigiri kits will be available for pickup at the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies (Room S241, located on the second floor of CGIS South, 1730 Cambridge Street), 2-5 PM, Monday through Friday, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a pickup time. Please be sure to bring your HUID.
For the month of October (through November 5), the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies is excited to collaborate with Debra Samuels (Content and Curriculum Developer, Wa-Shokuiku) for Onigiri Action, a month-long campaign hosted by Table for Two to celebrate World Food Day and combat food insecurity.
