Move, stretch, and roll! Combining breath and movement, this class is designed to release tension and open the body through dynamic stretching and mobility, yoga flow, and foam rolling. Whether you're an athlete looking for active recovery or you want to counteract the toll of hours of sitting on the body, this class is for you! Access to a foam roller is necessary for this class. No experience required.
