This exhibition by Tom Hubbard features new ceramic works alongside mixed media pieces that reflect his creative journey. Inspired by a greenhouse slated for demolition that Hubbard encountered while living abroad, his recent body of work explores the theme of growth emerging from periods of dormancy. Created during his January 2025 residency at Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts, Hubbard’s ceramics invite viewers to reflect on the roots of inspiration, showing how ideas can evolve over time, just like the first signs of spring.
