This class is all about making vegan food doable, delicious, and satisfying — even with limited time and equipment. We'll learn to cook a full day of nourishing meals, including a hearty tofu scramble, a simple sandwich, a comforting soup, a fresh salad, two crowd-pleasing desserts, and a bonus homemade vegan cheese.
Each recipe takes just 15–30 minutes and uses straightforward ingredients, so you can actually recreate them in your dorm or shared kitchen. Perfect for beginners, curious cooks, or anyone wanting easy plant-based meals that truly sustain you from morning to night.
