About this Event
You’ll get all of the core strengthening of Pilates with the breath movement of yoga in this awesome fusion class. We will move through poses that you find in a typical asana practice throughout class to keep the body mobile while focusing on the postural alignment and core strengthening of Pilates. A yoga mat is recommended.
