Join us for a career chat on the music industry with Jeff McClusky founder of Jeff McClusky & Associates.

Jeff will describe “who we are, what we do, what our place is in the music industry ecosystem, how we source business, how we run projects, and what those projects are.” He will also describe Lollapalooza University and the growing college festival immersion program, the company hopes to expand to Boston Calling, that is five festivals strong with five associated universities. Jeff will also share information about the “We Launch” program that has successfully launched students and postgraduates into the music industry in areas like marketing and artist development. There is also a data analytics project in progress that includes the merging of music and AI.

It has played a role in the radio promotion efforts and modern artist development platforms for all major labels and many key independents, both nationally and internationally. The company has served on the teams for the campaigns of Dua Lipa, Drake, Foo Fighters, Post Malone, Phoebe Bridgers, Chance The Rapper, etc., and also serves as a U.S. marketing team for campaigns of Easy Life, Lime Cordiale, Joe Hertler, Peter CottonTale, and other independents. The company also acts as U.S. arm for international clients including Universal UK, Chugg Entertainment in Australia and other non U.S. based entities whose goal is to secure a foothold in America. This work includes distribution, streaming, media, radio, press, tour marketing and assisting with securing a U.S. partner.”
