Join for a half-day mindfulness retreat with the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion. All are welcome, no experience necessary! Please fill out the form to register. Details are below, and please email Nina (nbryce@huhs.harvard.edu) if you have any questions or concerns.

When: Sunday, November 21st, 1pm-5pm
Where: Grays Hall Lower Level (enter through basement door on the south of the building closest to Harvard Square)
What: In this Half-Day Retreat, we’ll explore mindfulness through periods of silent sitting and walking meditation, somatic awareness, yoga and other mindful movement, and time for reflection. Practices will include some guided instruction as well as opportunities to share and connect as a group. We will build habits of mind and  body that can help us to feel more grounded, learning to be more fully present for all the moments of our lives. Free and open to all Harvard students!
Why: Mindfulness helps us attend to our present moment experience with non-judgmental openness and curiosity. This awareness allows us to slow down, explore our own experience, feel more at home within our bodies, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.
