Join us for an experiential session practicing mindfulness through brief guided meditations for resting the mind, restoring the body and finding greater connection to our authentic selves. Mindfulness practices can help us cultivate greater calm and a more centered and relaxed presence. As First Gen students, mindfulness can help us better navigate the many stressors we may encounter while staying connected to a deeper peace.
