This 5-week Practice Group will explore mindfulness-based tools and methods for taking care of emotions through the practice of mindfulness meditation. Students will build capacity for identifying feelings as they arise, for experiencing the range of human emotions, and for relating to one's emotional landscape with more steadiness, patience, and curiosity. Some experience with mindfulness is helpful, but all are welcome.
Dates: Wednesdays (10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1)
Time: 1:30pm - 2:30pm
