This 5-week Practice Group will explore how mindfulness can help us to connect with nature as a way to support wellbeing. We will learn meditation practices for connecting with natural elements (earth, air, fire, water) as a way of feeling a greater sense of belonging as part of the natural world.
Dates: Wednesdays (10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1)
Time: 3pm - 4pm
Location: Radcliffe Sunken Garden (outdoors), or Serenity Room at Grays Hall (indoors), depending on the weather
