Through the lens of mindfulness, we will be exploring race and race relations along with practical tools that will support us in staying present in the midst of challenging times.
Dates: Mondays (biweekly: 9/13, 9/27, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15, 11/29, 12/6)
Time: 7pm - 8pm
Location: Mt. Auburn Room (Smith Campus Center, 2nd floor)

About Abraham:
MBA, RYT-200
As a person of color, Abraham has dedicated himself to bringing Mindfulness and Yoga to the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. As a registered Yoga teacher and meditation teacher, Abraham teaches in correctional facilities, community centers, public schools and hospitals. He is also a certified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher and currently teaches Mindfulness classes and workshops at Dartmouth College and Brown University.
