Enjoy a concert of short original works by student composers inspired by Harvard’s Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments. Student composers include Anthony Borrelli '29, Skyy Brooks '26, Ava Delle Pietra '27 and Hunter Gagnon '29, with mentorship from Professor Yvette Janine Jackson and Cana McGhee, PhD in historical musicology, and guidance from Joshua Gorman, executive director of the Collection. Come hear the music, learn about the collection and be inspired by the mingling of scientific and artistic creativity.
