The mission of the Longwood Chorus, a 70-voice ensemble of Boston's healthcare and science community, is to bring together a community of healthcare and research professionals to decrease medical burnout, promote emotional wellness, and perform high-quality choral music. The Longwood Chorus is composed of medical, graduate, and public health students, researchers, clinical research coordinators, therapists, nurses, residents, and attending physicians – from local schools and hospitals, including Harvard Medical School, Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston Children's Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
