The workshop is designed for early career Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) faculty. Participants will hear from experts and participate in small group discussions. Topic areas include balancing multiple pressures and roles; maintaining productivity, motivation, and physical and mental well-being; and mitigating the impact of the pandemic on the progress of early career faculty.
