Prepare Tiramisù with Chiara Trebaiocchi, Preceptor in Italian!

I am not a good baker, but tiramisù is very easy to make and it is my favorite dessert to prepare and... to eat! You need only a few ingredients (see below) to impress all your family and friends. There are many recipes for the most famous among the Italian desserts (soooo many!), but we will follow my very own which reflects the simplicity and tastiness of the traditional recipe. Ingredients

Mascarpone cheese (such as this one (Links to an external site.)) - 1pound 

Savoiardi / Ladyfingers (such as this one (Links to an external site.)) - 1 box 

4 eggs (NB: we will need to separate the red from the white; you can do it by hand or using an egg separator such as this one (Links to an external site.))

4 tablespoons of white sugar

Cocoa powder 

Coffee (preferably espresso)

Milk 

Utensils 

2 bowls

1 plate

1 casserole dish

Electric whisks
