This virtual workshop series offers a mindful approach to well-being and managing stress through gentle movements, breathing techniques, and an introduction to Sudarshan Kriya (SKY) meditation. During these 30-minute sessions, participants will be guided through evidence-based breathing techniques for deep relaxation.
Audience: This workshop series is intended for the Harvard community, including students, staff, faculty, and post docs. Drop-ins welcome! No experience needed.
