Join the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion for a free 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness series that is exclusively for Harvard students! Each week you will learn several tools, including meditation and breathing exercises, while also engaging in discussion with fellow students. Each practice is designed to deepen self-reflection, help you manage stress, and enrich your life. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
