Looking for practical ways to handle stress, find balance, and feel more connected?

In Intro to Mindfulness, you’ll discover simple, effective tools for managing stress, quieting the mind, and being kind to yourself. Over four weeks, you’ll develop skills to bring more calm and focus into your day-to-day life. To make the most of this experience, check your schedule and ensure you can attend each session—it’s all about learning and connecting together. Save your spot, and get ready to build skills that can truly help you lead your life.

Intro to Mindfulness (formerly Koru Mindfulness®) is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and resiliency to university students. You will learn several skills, including meditation, breathing exercises, guided imagery, the body scan, and more. Each of these skills is designed to help you manage stress and enrich your life. 

Fall 2025, sign up early!  There are virtual and in-person options.
