Student Testimonial:
“I came to the Asian International Student Support Group as I was experiencing anxiety and depression because of COVID-19, racism, and family conflicts. This group helped me navigate through the challenges I had been facing as a Chinese student throughout my graduate school years. This space makes me feel less lonely and more at ease with the high-stress environment of Harvard. I highly recommend it to anyone who experiences similar issues -- it's the most valuable resource I have utilized at Harvard.”
Open to all registered Harvard students (undergrad, graduate, recent grads) who have paid the 2021-2022 Student Health Fee.
If you are interested, please email the group leader directly and include your Student ID number, which allows CAMHS to securely message the workshop/group zoom link.
