This virtual group serves as a space to share experiences and concerns, find support, and learn skills and strategies to help manage times of change. Challenges related to communication (English as a second language), cultural differences, visa and job uncertainty, are common topics. The group will be led in a drop-in format and does not require students to commit to the entire series.

Open to all registered Harvard students (undergraduates and graduates) who have paid the 2023-2024 Student Health Fee.
