About this Event
Indigo Peer Counseling for undergraduate students strives to foster a supportive and empathetic campus environment for undergraduate students at Harvard College, grappling with and addressing concerns that lie at the intersection of identity and mental health.
Our training centralizes on, but is not limited to, how race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, first-generation identity, citizenship status, ability, gender, sexuality, and other identities, singularly and collectively, inform individual experiences. Indigo provides confidential non-directive, non-judgmental peer counseling, as well as informational resources for students.
Indigo is also committed to promoting advocacy and outreach initiatives, in order to increase accessibility to mental health services for underserved populations. We seek to support students of all identities and backgrounds and help create an open and welcoming campus climate, based on respect for all students.
Only for currently enrolled undergraduate students at Harvard College.
