About this Event
HOLLIS: it’s our library catalog, but books are just the beginning of what it has to offer you. It’s an all-purpose search tool of Harvard library materials, including multitudes that are online.
This 30-minute orientation session will teach you ways of navigating HOLLIS well. You’ll learn to craft good searches, interpret your results, and quickly target what you need. We’ll explain how to track items down, request digital copies of research materials, and get a librarian’s help at your point of need.
Set yourself up for academic success by learning HOLLIS now! And find out why it’s every Harvard student’s indispensable research tool.
This session welcomes all Harvard College students, and especially those new to Harvard. If you cannot attend this date/time, be sure keep an eye out for other virtual options, and in-person/on-campus sessions in the coming weeks!
