About this Event
In 1968, the Kerner Commission concluded that America was heading toward “two societies, one black, one white—separate and unequal.”
Hear from PBHA students and alumni and Alan Curtis '65, the Phillips Brooks House Alumni Association President-Elect and President and CEO of the Eisenhower Foundation, on his book Healing Our Divided Society: Investing in America Fifty Years After the Kerner Report.
A conversation about evidence-based policy addressing racial inequality in Employment, Criminal Justice, Education, and Housing will follow the presentation.
Join us via Zoom on Saturday, April 10 at 2 p.m. EDT.
We will be in touch with the Zoom link closer to the presentation after receiving your RSVP.
