The Harvard University Peer Coaching Initiative (HUPCI) is an opportunity for Harvard Students to (1) learn and practice core interpersonal skills, (2) build a high-trust relationship with an effective thought partner, and (3) stay more centered and intentional during their time at Harvard. Funded by the Culture Lab Innovation Fund, it is also a chance to help build a more inclusive community at Harvard.
