A unique opportunity to build leadership skills while connecting with other Harvard students!

A non-credit professional development opportunity made possible by a grant from the OEDIB's Culture Lab Innovation Fund, the Harvard University Peer Coaching Initiative (HUPCI) connects students with peers they would not meet otherwise, and helps them develop essential workplace skills.

The program will run from Sept 12 to Dec 2. Registration opens on August 26. Enrollment is limited! Visit www.convu.com/hupci for more info and to register.

The HUPCI is for undergraduate and graduate students who want to:

  • Develop professional skills like listening, negotiation and collaboration
  • Get to know and appreciate peers from other areas of the University
  • Stay more centered and productive during their time at Harvard

Participants in the 2021/22 program said:

  • These skills matter in my professional life
  • The skills practiced in Peer Coaching were very transferable to other environments.
  • An amazing opportunity to get to know yourself and practice a structured framework which helps you support others.
  • It's an enjoyable way to become a better human being!
  • This is not a high time commitment, but very high value.

Don’t miss this chance to build community and professional skills with Harvard peers!
