 ore:\n\nHarvard Undergraduate Group Peer Therapy (HUGPT) is a peer-facilit
 ated psychotherapy program for fighting depression and anxiety at Harvard.
  It follows the group interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT-G) model that focus
 es on increasing social support and building healthy relationships through
  group conversations. As a clinically-validated therapy model\, IPT-G perf
 orms as well as the gold-standard of depression & anxiety therapy (CBT).\n
 \nJoin one of several in-person groups of 6-8 students who meet for 90 min
 utes weekly over the course of a semester. There is an intake process for 
 each student.  If the groups fill\, please sign up early for next semester

 y trained Harvard College students\, whom have been trained in IPT-G by pr
 ofessionals.  Expert guests are also invited to enrich learning about ment
