About this Event
Around this time of year, in the U.S., we see frequent reminders to "be grateful" in the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday. Yet for many of us, gratitude can feel cliché, cheesy, or forced, or downright unappealing. Even if we like the idea of feeling grateful (or have read about the research on gratitude being an evidence-based intervention to lift the spirits), it can be challenging to actually it put into practice. This mindfulness workshop offers an opportunity to make the experience of gratitude real, personal, and relevant through guided meditation and reflection. Free and open to all Harvard students, pre-registration required.
