Get Grounded for Finals Season with Mindfulness for Stress Reduction, Acai Bowls, and Raffle Prizes! Join the First-Year Wellness team and CWHP on Thursday, April 28th in Straus Common Room from 5:30-630p for a grounding mindfulness workshop as you start reading period and prepare for the end of the semester. Enjoy an Acai bowl from Playa Bowls while you learn meditation skills and techniques for reducing stress and getting grounded, focused, calm, and clear to help you take care of yourself as you finish up the school year and prepare for summer. All are welcome, no previous experience with mindfulness necessary.
