Dive into spice blending with Smitha Haneef, Managing Director of HUDS. Learn how to make Smitha’s own Garam Masala blend, and the many ways in which this versatile blend can be used in a variety of dishes. 
Smitha will demonstrate blending techniques and share her insight about layering flavor to make a balanced blend. Class will begin with a simple Chai Tea, followed by sautéing vegetables and beans with the flavorful Garam Masala blend. Attendees will enjoy their customized blend of spiced veggies and beans with a side of rice and naan. This will be a hands-on, interactive cooking class. Participants do not need to have any previous cooking experience.
