Chief Dietitian at Harvard University Health Services, Deniele DeGraff, will be leading this dynamic cooking class to guide participants through the simple meal prep and construction of a grain bowl. Join us for this culinary journey and leave with the skills to create satisfying and nourishing meals tailored to your taste and dietary preferences. Enjoy the creativity and versatility of DIY grain bowls, utilizing customizable recipes that feature a variety of whole grains, animal- and plant-based protein options, veggies, and optional sauces and seasonings. You’ll leave with lots of ideas to assemble grain bowls at home or in the dining halls with a variety of ingredients. This will be a hands-on, interactive cooking class. Participants do not need to have any previous cooking experience.
