Coffee is made of coffee beans, but very few people know HOW it goes from coffee cherries to beans to the roasted coffee we brew and enjoy. Join the Food Literacy Project on Tuesday, March 25 at 5:30 in Cafe Gato Rojo for an informational session and coffee tasting led by Dean's Beans, a Fair Trade Organic coffee company located right here in Massachusetts! Explore the wide world of coffee, and learn about the process of coffee making from bean to cup while trying delicious, freshly-brewed coffee!
This event is open to all HUID holders: $3 for students; $6 for non-students
