This workshop will be an introduction to the exciting world of watercolors. Students will expand their understanding of watercolor tools and paper, brush strokes, color theory, and composition. This will be an opportunity to discover the beauty of combining careful restraint with bold exploration, as we practice both constrained and free-hand painting techniques. This workshop aims to replace the fear of “messing up” with the confidence of how to control watercolors. No prior experience in painting is needed.
