Department tutorials provide a chance for EPS concentrators and prospective students alike to meet with EPS faculty in an informal setting. In addition to learning about the variety of research opportunities available within EPS, the tutorials are also a great way to meet other students interested in earth and planetary sciences.

Our March 27 presenter is Professor Frank Keutsch, whose research focuses on improving our understanding of the photochemical oxidation processes of volatile organic compounds.

All EPS concentrators are required to attend five tutorials before graduation. If you are interested in an EPS concentration but haven’t declared yet, your attendances will be retroactively counted toward the five attendance policy, whenever you end up declaring.
